You might feel like your world is falling apart, but you will get through this! You come from strong stock -- look at where your mother was this side of 3 months ago! She couldn't talk, didn't know who you were, and now when you call her you are blessed to hear her "Hi, baby" on the other end and listen to her talk about how her feet hurt from walking. God is good! God gave you a strength that few people have, and that is something to take pride in. No matter what happens, you can hold your head up high knowing that you loved your hardest and you gave your all to be a good wife. If it falls apart, know that it isn't on you!
I know that you feel all alone, and I'm so sorry. I wish there was something I could do. But I have NO doubt that you will survive this!
